Tax deductibility
Basic membership rates are not tax deductible as charitable
contributions for federal income tax purposes; however,
they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary
business expenses. Donations above the price of basic
membership rates may be deductible as charitable contributions
to the extent provided by law.
